
This slaw combines the crunch of fresh veggies with a peanut chili sauce that pairs well with Asian food, especially satay.
1 12-oz. bag of broccoli slaw
1 garlic clove, minced
1 chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. sesame seeds
Sauce:
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. lime juice
1-2 tbsp. chili garlic sauce, to taste (start with 1 and add more as desired)
Mix the sauce ingredients together until smooth.
Add the broccoli slaw and garlic; stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until ready to serve.
Add the green onion, cilantro, and sesame seeds right before serving.
