Pimm’s Pitcher

Pimm's Pitcher with strawberries and mint

This makes a light and refreshing drink on a hot day. The alcohol isn’t terribly strong, so it’s more hydrating than hard-hitting.

Pimm's pitcher poured into a highball glass dressed with a strawberry and fresh mint leaves

For a Pitcher:
6-8 oz. Pimm’s
32 oz. lemonade
12 oz. ginger ale
strawberries, mint, and/or cucumber to garnish

For a Glass:
2 oz. Pimm’s
8 oz. lemonade
3 oz. ginger ale
strawberries, mint, and/or cucumber to garnish

Mix in a pitcher with ice and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Variations: Replace the lemonade with pineapple juice, and/or add a splash of gin, twist of lime, or other juice or spirit. Keep in mind that if you make it sweeter, you might not taste the alcohol if you keep adding more, until you end up under the table singing British folk songs.
